Company Policies
We do not diagnose or prescribe solutions before engaging in work.
We do not begin solving problems before engagement begins.
We never submit a proposal without first speaking directly with decision makers.
Unpaid proposals are limited to one page.
We do not respond to RFPs.
We do not engage in hourly work.
Work does not begin until a contract has been signed.
Annual agreements require a minimum of 90 days’ notice prior to cancellation. For continuity and convenience, agreements automatically renew annually unless either party chooses to end the relationship with 90 days’ advance notice. Due to the ongoing nature of the work, completed or invoiced work is non-refundable.
Company Terms
These terms and agency policies are effective as of the date of the above and will remain in effect, except for any future changes to their provisions.
We reserve the right to change the terms of use at any time, and you are requested to check them periodically to ensure you have seen the latest version. Your continued use of our services after we post any modifications to the Terms of Service on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide by and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.
Braden Social clients are invoiced via Square Inc. Initial payment due at signing. After initial payment, invoices are net 14 terms, payable online via debit/credit through Square, or by check. We can not accept refunds for services already booked, paid for, or provided. Invoices not paid by the due date are subject to a 5% monthly charge for each month delinquent. We can suspend work if payment delinquency extends beyond 15 days.
