Company Policies

It’s our policy not to start diagnosing and prescribing a solution without first engaging in work
We will not begin to solve our clients’ problems before we engage in work
It’s our policy that we never submit a proposal to an organization without first having a conversation with the decision makers
We will keep unpaid proposals to one page
We do not respond to RFPs
It’s our policy to not engage in hourly work
It’s our policy not to engage in work until a contract has been signed
No Cancellation. All contracts shall contain a provision that at least ninety (90) days’ prior written notice shall be given to Braden Social LLC prior to cancellation, non-renewal or material change in the contract

Company Terms

These terms and agency policies are effective as of the dateline above and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future.

We reserve the right to change the terms of use at any time and you are requested to check the terms of use from time to time to ensure that you have seen the latest version. Your continued use of our services after we post any modifications to the Terms of Service on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.

Braden Social clients are invoiced via Square Inc. Initial payment due at signing. After initial payment, invoices are net 14 terms, payable online via debit/credit through Square, or by check. We can not accept refunds for services already booked, paid, or provided. Invoices not paid by due date are subject to a 5% monthly charge for each month delinquent. We can suspend work if payment delinquency extends beyond 15 days.

No Cancellation. All contracts shall contain a provision that at least ninety (90) days’ prior written notice shall be given to Braden Social LLC prior to cancellation, non-renewal or material change in the contract. Contract will automatically renew for subsequent periods of the original contract length until terminated, with a required (ninety) days’ prior notice.

Photographs used beyond initial terms must be licensed through annual buyout/usage license, or longer term if desired. Eric Zimmett and Braden Social retains copyright on all photography, unless transferred in writing.

No individuals may otherwise copy, modify, publish, transmit, or distribute the contents of the photographs found herein. Express written permission must be granted, on behalf of the Eric B.
